Hi, I'm Christyn Greczkowski, a compassionate and dedicated Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, stress, self-doubt, and emotional challenges using a blend of CBT, psychodynamic therapy, compassion-focused therapy, and mindfulness practices. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes.
