My name is Christyn Greczkowski, and I’m a therapist based in Montreal, serving clients across Ontario through virtual platforms. I've always known I wanted to work in mental health, and I feel deeply privileged to connect with people during some of the most challenging and transformative moments in their lives.

I believe that therapy starts with a strong, trusting relationship. My approach is rooted in creating a safe, nurturing space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions with compassion, curiosity, and patience. I draw from Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness to tailor each session to your needs.
So often, we treat others with more kindness than we show ourselves. This inner critic can be powerful, but through therapy, we can work on developing self-compassion—learning to treat ourselves with the same respect and care that we give to those around us.
Some of the values that guide my practice are authenticity, patience, curiosity, and humor (yes, humor belongs in therapy too!). My goal is to create a space where you feel completely safe to reflect, connect, and grow. From there, we’ll work together to define your goals and move at a pace that feels right for you.
